Rhubarb Cardamom: Earthy flavored outdoor grown Rhubarb is paired with aromatic, spicy and citrusy ground Cardamom pods producing a jam essential for baking. Ingredients: Rhubarb, unrefined cane sugar, lemon juice & cardamom.

Pink Gooseberry Elderflower: A classic flavour combination that is too good not to embrace. Sweet summery pink Gooseberries are cooked with dried elderflowers to capture the British summer. Strawberry & Rosewater: Strawberry sauce or jam? Both! We like to think of this summery jam made at the peak of the Strawberry season. Strawberries are very low in Pectin so this is perfect spooned over your ice-cream sundae or stirred into your sheep’s milk yoghurt.
