Based in Manchester, Baracuta are best known for being the original manufacturers of the original Harrington jacket. Baracuta was originally formed in 1937 by brothers John and Isaac Miller in Manchester, an industrial heartland in the northwest of England. The city was once known as “Cottonopolis”, being the centre of the World's cotton textile production in the 19th century. Today the brand continues to produce sharp, smart-casual jackets, most famous is their Baracuta G9.
